Convenience of 24-hour service at your fingertips. Simply dial the local or toll-free number anytime you need to check balances, make transfer or check to see if a check has cleared. Best of all it's a free service to our members.
- Call the 24-Hour Teller at (603) 335-5111 or (888) 989-HRCU (888-989-4728) from any touch-tone phone. The 24 Hour Teller will welcome you and have you choose a service:
- Press 1# for transactions/inqueries
- Press 2# for loan information
- Enter your member number, followed by the # sign.
- Enter your 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # sign. If you do not have a PIN #, please call the Credit Union to arrange for one.
- Enter the code for the transaction you wish to perform followed by the # sign.
- Enter the share/loan number for the account you are accessing followed by the # sign.
