How It Works Call the 24-Hour Teller at (603) 335-5111 or (888) 989-HRCU (888-989-4728) from any touch-tone phone. The 24 Hour Teller will welcome you and have you choose a service: Press 1# for transactions/inqueries Press 2# for loan information Enter your member number, followed by the # sign. Enter your 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # sign. If you do not have a PIN #, please call the Credit Union to arrange for one. Enter the code for the transaction you wish to perform followed by the # sign.
