HRCU COVID-19 RESPONSE

The Safety of our members and staff is our top priority as we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Please read important information below on transacting business with HRCU during the “Stay at Home” order as instructed by Governor Sununu. HRCU is an essential business and will do everything we can to continue to serve our members while prioritizing the safety of our staff and members. Please stay home. Many of our services can be done online and/or by calling member support at (603) 332-6840.
In-Person Transactions, Drive-Up Lanes are Open:
M–Th 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Fri. until 6:00 pm)
and Sat. 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
· Three drive through lanes located at 133 Brock Street, Rochester.
· Three drive through lanes located at 341 NH Route 11 Farmington.
· All lanes will be fully-staffed.
ITM/Video Tellers Hours are:
M-F 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
and Sat. 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.

· Modifications available for mortgages. If your due date is approaching, please email us at info at hrcu dot org or call Member Support at (603) 332-6840.
· Appointments can be made for safe deposit box access only. All other inquiries that may need special attention, you should email us at info at hrcu dot org or call (603) 332-6840. You will need to wear a mask and gloves that we will provide. Staff will do so as well.
· Consumer loan application will be online only at www.hrcu.org.
· A special reduced rate on personal loans is available with no payments for 90 days – apply online at www.hrcu.org.
· Member Support is fully-staffed and ready to assist.
· Mobile Banking and Online Digital Banking is available 24/7.
· Over 30,000 surcharge free coop ATMs and shared branching (SB) locations. (Note: some SB locations may be closed, call the SB location first before travelling there.) Click here for locations!
