Rochester NH - HRCU is proud to announce we have received the 2021 Best of the Best “Best Transaction Experience” and “Best New Member Experience” Awards in North America by CU Solutions Group and Member XP. This is the second year we have been recognized for “Best Transaction Experience”.

Best of the Best recognition is awarded to credit unions for excellence in one or more of nine categories that focus on all experiences that the member has with a credit union, including: Loan, Transaction, New Account, New Member, Mortgage, Member Support, and ITM Transaction. Award recipients are surveyed for ease of use across all banking channels and the likelihood the respondents are to recommend others to use the credit union based on their experience.
