The 0% introductory rate applies for 12 months from the date your balance transfer is completed. After the promotional period ends, your card continues with a competitive, low ongoing rate.

Yes. You can transfer balances from multiple credit cards at other financial institutions, subject to credit approval and your available credit limit.
