What is a Certificate of Deposit (CD)?

Yes, membership is required and can be gained by opening a Savings accounts with HRCU for as little as $5.00. This can be done while you are opening a CD account. If you live or work in New Hampshire or York County, ME, you are eligible to join and gain access to all the benefits of banking with a local, not-for-profit credit union.
Withdrawing from a CD before its maturity date may be subject to an early withdrawal penalty. Please contact our Member Support team to learn more about your options.
