Rochester, NH — Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) announces that President and CEO Brian Hughes has been inducted into the 2025 Make-A-Wish New Hampshire Legends Through Time Hall of Fame. The recognition honors his exemplary years of service and leadership in the ongoing partnership among HRCU, New Hampshire credit unions and Make-A-Wish New Hampshire. The award was presented by Julie Baron, CEO of Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, at the annual Make-A-Wish Holiday Auction, a signature fundraising event co-hosted by New Hampshire credit unions.

The honor comes at a momentous time: the partnership of New Hampshire credit unions has collectively raised more than $4 million through a broad range of initiatives to support wish-granting efforts for children with critical illnesses, a milestone reflecting nearly three decades of dedication and community support.

At the Holiday Auction held in Manchester, NH, Hughes and Baron co-hosted the evening’s events. In her remarks, Baron praised Hughes for his longstanding leadership and vision. “Brian has been a champion for our mission for many years,” Baron said. “His steadfast dedication has helped credit unions across New Hampshire rally behind hope and this award is a fitting tribute to his many contributions.”

“I am deeply humbled to receive this recognition,” Hughes said. “This incredible milestone is a powerful testament to the compassion and collaboration when the entire New Hampshire credit union community comes together. This achievement truly embodies HRCU’s core values, and I am proud that, by working together, we can make such a profound difference in the lives of these wonderful kids and their families.”
