Rochester, NH — HRCU has announced a series of leadership promotions as part of its ongoing focus on long term growth, operational excellence and member service. The promotions reflect the organization’s commitment to developing internal talent and strengthening its leadership team.

“These promotions reflect our belief in developing leaders from within and ensuring our structure supports both today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities,” said HRCU President & CEO, Brian Hughes. “Each of these individuals demonstrate strong leadership, accountability and commitment to our mission and I am confident they will continue to make a meaningful impact serving our members.” 

•    Krista Foerster, Chief Operating Officer – Formerly chief retail officer, Foerster brings strong leadership experience to the role, overseeing the integration of operations and retail to enhance the member experience and improve operational efficiencies.

•    Chris Maxwell, Vice President of Human Resources – Maxwell has been with HRCU since 2016. In his new role, he leads the organization’s human resources strategy, including learning and development, performance management and organizational culture initiatives.

•    Carlynne Pouliot, Vice President of Retail & Business Development – Since joining HRCU in 2018, Pouliot has served in a variety of leadership capacities supporting the organization’s retail, youth education and business development efforts. In her expanded role, she leads strategies focused on enhancing the member experience, supporting growth across all retail channels and growing business development initiatives.

•    James Auger, Vice President of Special Accounts – Auger, who joined HRCU in 2020, oversees special account relationships and complex portfolios in his new role, with a focus on risk management, data analytics, compliance and long term value for the credit union.

•    Sydney Albee, Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations – Albee joined HRCU in 2022 and has supported the credit union’s growth and marketing efforts, including a rebrand and the opening of a new branch in Greenland. In her role, she oversees brand strategy, marketing, growth initiatives and community engagement.

•    Leanne Connors, Director of Fraud & Operations – With nearly two decades of service at HRCU, Connors brings extensive institutional knowledge to her new role. She leads the credit union’s operational efficiency and fraud prevention efforts, ensuring strong internal controls, consistent processes and proactive risk mitigation.

•    Rob Huntress, Director of Facilities – Huntress has been with HRCU since 2016. In his new role, he oversees facilities planning, maintenance and safety for branch and operational spaces, ensuring they are secure, efficient and welcoming.

•    Darren Codling, Director of Technology – Codling has been with HRCU since 2024. In his new role he leads technology strategy and infrastructure, focusing on system reliability, security and innovation to serve members more effectively.

•    Matt Haydon, Director of Lending – Matt has been with HRCU since 2025. As the Director of Lending he oversees lending operations, ensuring sound credit practices, consistent underwriting and a strong member experience across all lending products.
