*To qualify for balance transfer promotion rate, must have a minimum credit score of 700. The promotional rate will be effective for 18 months. At the end of the 18 months, the rate will be adjusted to cardholders purchase plan rate at that time. Balance transferred is subject to a 3% fee of the total balance or $25.00, whichever is greater. Total balance transfer fee will be applied to the credit card balance. HRCU reserves the right to adjust or terminate this promotion at any time.

**APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Excludes all business VISA cards. Eligibility and non-promotional rates determined by credit qualifications. No minimum transfer balance required. Promotional interest rate period begins from date of transfer initiation for a period of 12 months. After that, the variable APR for the remaining balance of qualified transfers will be 13.99% to 21.99%, based on your creditworthiness. Variable APR based on the Prime Rate as of 12/18/2024. If you fail to make the required payments any time during the promotional period and your account becomes delinquent by 60 days or more, you shall be disqualified from the remainder of the promotional period and your APR will revert to the regular variable periodic rate at the date of delinquency. Balance transfers from existing HRCU loans are not eligible.
