Mobile Deposit

Instructions
  • Find the Mobile Deposit Capture feature on your HRCU Mobile Banking app via your mobile device.*
  • Then, simply snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check (please also write “For Mobile Deposit Only HRCU” beneath your signature)**
  • Follow the easy on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.***

**Checks that are deposited using Mobile Deposit MUST have an endorsement on the back of the check. Under the endorsement, "For Mobile Deposit Only HRCU" MUST be written.

Mobile Payments

Instead of digging your card out of your wallet at checkout, you can use your phone to make contactless payments with Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® and Google Pay

How It Works

When you approach a point of sale system compatible with Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® or Google Pay, the screen on your mobile device lights up and opens your digital wallet automatically. A payment is then made by holding the compatible device near the checkout system. Follow the instructions on your device by entering the passcode to complete the transaction.

Debit Cards

International Use

For security purposes, HRCU debit cards do not automatically work outside of the United States. This includes Canada and Mexico. If you are traveling outside of the United States, you can use Better Card Controls Mobile App to set up travel notices. For further questions and support, contact our Member Support and your card will be authorized to make transactions.

Direct Deposit & AutoPay

ClickSWITCH is HRCU's automated account switching solution that makes it easy for you to switch your recurring direct deposits and automatic payments quickly and securely from your previous financial institution account to your HRCU account. You can also initiate the closing of accounts at your previous financial institution using ClickSWITCH.

If you have not yet received a code to use ClickSWITCH, please call Member Support, or use the Live Chat function available on your screen. 

If you are setting up Direct Deposit with an employer, please fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form for your payroll or human resources department. 

Benefits
  • ClickSWITCH removes the hassle of contacting all your billers and depositors to inform them of your new account information. 
  • Just input your payment and direct deposit information to the secure ClickSWITCH system, submit the switch and they will do the rest!

Bill Pay

Take advantage of Bill Pay to save time and avoid missing payments! Once registered for online or mobile banking, you can send one-time or recurring payments to people and businesses in just a few simple steps!

Please Note: Registered Bill Pay users who do not use their Bill Pay account to make a payment at least once every 60 days will receive a monthly $5.00 inactivity fee.

eStatements

HRCU provides a free, eco-friendly, and secure way to view your statements.

  • Avoid the $2 paper statement fee

Transaction & Overdraft Protection

Nobody is perfect. That's why we offer ways to protect your checking account from overdrafts if you don't have enough funds available to cover a transaction.

Savings Overdraft Protection

Overdraft protection allows funds from your savings account, or a different HRCU account of your choice, to be transferred to your checking account to pay an item. Contact our Member Support or visit a branch to set up your accounts for this service.

Courtesy Pay Privilege

With this protection option, the credit union may authorize and pay the following types of transactions if you have opted in for the service:

  • Automatic bill payments
  • Checks and other transactions made using your checking account number

We do not authorize and pay an overdraft for ATM transactions. 

Daily debit card transactions are paid one time when you elect to Opt-In.

We pay overdrafts using Courtesy Pay at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and/or pay an overdraft, your transaction will be returned and/or declined.

To opt in:

Visit your Dashboard in the HRCU Mobile app or online and click Courtesy Pay to enroll.

How do I enroll in Telephone Banking? 

Call us at 603-332-6840. Simply follow the automated prompts to telephone banking and self-enroll. From there you will set up a secure PIN to protect your account.
