Changes will begin on April 15, 2022 for those mailing in payments. Payments will need to be mailed to HRCU, PO Box 2078, Rochester, NH 03866-2078 starting then.
There will be a short interruption in your ability to make a credit card payment from 4/21/22 to 4/24/22. Beginning on 4/25/22 online credit card payments can be made in Online Banking. Please note that online payments will process immediately.
Your credit card statement will have a new look starting with your May 2022 statement.
No, your current VISA® credit card will still work as it does today.

For lost or stolen cards during non-business hours the number remains the same 1-866-873-9702. During business hours and for all other VISA® credit card questions or issues please call HRCU Member Support at 603-332-6840. You can also utilize Better Card Controls (formerly CardValet) for easy to use card on/off.
No, you will not need to notify those merchants as your card number and details will remain the unchanged.
Yes, your Better Card Controls will still work for real time transaction alerts, easy card on/off, and merchant controls.
