Credit Card Conversion

1. When will this change occur?

   Changes will begin on April 15, 2022 for those mailing in payments. Payments will need to be mailed to HRCU, PO Box 2078, Rochester, NH 03866-2078 starting then.

   There will be a short interruption in your ability to make a credit card payment from 4/21/22 to 4/24/22. Beginning on 4/25/22 online credit card payments can be made in Online Banking. Please note that online payments will process immediately. 

   Your credit card statement will have a new look starting with your May 2022 statement.

2. Will I get a new VISA® credit card?

   No, your current VISA® credit card will still work as it does today.

3. Will my VISA® credit card number change?

   No, your VISA® credit card number will remain the same.

4. Will the rate and terms change for my current VISA® credit card?

   No, your current VISA® credit card rate and terms will remain the same.

5. Will my payment mailing address change?

   Yes, the new address for payments is HRCU, PO Box 2078, Rochester, NH 03866-2078.

6. Will the Customer Service number remain the same? 

   For lost or stolen cards during non-business hours the number remains the same 1-866-873-9702. During business hours and for all other VISA® credit card questions or issues please call HRCU Member Support at 603-332-6840. You can also utilize Better Card Controls (formerly CardValet) for easy to use card on/off. 

7. I have merchants that charge my VISA® credit card monthly.  Will I have to notify those merchants? 

   No, you will not need to notify those merchants as your card number and details will remain the unchanged.

8. Will Better Card Controls (formerly CardValet) still work?

   Yes, your Better Card Controls will still work for real time transaction alerts, easy card on/off, and merchant controls.
